Recycled PET
Recycled PET
manufacturing chain.
Our recycled PET production chain allows brands to transform post-consumer plastic into high-performance textile products — traceable from the landfill to the label.
PET collection
Post-consumer PET is collected from landfills and communities in Guatemala and prepared for processing.
RPET resin
Bottles are sorted, filtered and shredded into high-quality PET flakes, then converted into recycled PET resin.
Recycled yarn
The resin is extruded into high-performance DTY polyester yarn, certified under GRS and SCS Global.
Technical fabric
The yarn is knitted and woven into technical textile fabric with stretch, recovery and wicking performance.
Your garment
The fabric is cut, sewn, printed, labeled and finished according to your specifications — then shipped to your market.
